Warm and friendly welcome
Our experienced and highly trained team of treatment co-ordinators and nurses are here to make your visit a pleasant and relaxing one. Tea and coffee facilities and free wi-fi are available to you in our waiting areas and DVD glasses are available to help pass the time during long treatments. Our treatment co-ordinators are available by phone, email or in person to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your treatment.
We require a minimum of 2 full working days’ notice for cancellations or if you need to rearrange your appointment in order that you don’t incur a charge. This allows us to utilise the time for another patient who may need our urgent care.
We ask for deposits for all treatments, typically £20 for hygiene visits & up to £200 for more complex, involved treatments. The deposit will be carried over until your last appointment with us and will be taken from your final bill. You are expected to pay for your treatment as you go along as set out in your treatment plan.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. We do have parking facilities however it is a small car park & is occasionally full. We do our utmost to see you on time, however there are times that appointments do run over due to factors beyond our control. Our treatment co-ordinators will keep you fully informed if there will be a delay and we kindly ask that you are patient and bear with us.
