Dr Nada Al-Nahi qualified from Guy’s Hospital, University of London in 1996. She worked for a number of years in general dentistry and hospital posts in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry. After obtaining the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1999, she undertook her 4-year specialist training in Periodontics at Guy’s Hospital and was awarded two Masters degrees, which she passed with distinctions. During this time, she also undertook 2 years postgraduate training in Implant Dentistry and was involved in clinical teaching of undergraduate dental students at King’s University. She has also worked in London and was a Private Consultant at The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. In addition, she was working part-time in general practice, but has since limited her work to private practice, providing extremely high quality treatment in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry since 2000.
Since 2003, Nada has concentrated on working solely at Specialist Dental in Guildford accepting referrals from over 100 general dental practitioners to provide top-end Periodontal and Implant procedures to include periodontal regenerative surgical procedures, including the use of Emdogain, periodontal grafting procedures around teeth and implants, crown lengthening and full mouth disinfection. She accepts difficult and complex implant referrals from dentists locally and further afield, providing hard tissue and soft tissue grafts, where necessary.
Nada is passionate about her dentistry and in her own time she is committed to her Ashtanga yoga practice and running. She loves travelling with her family and looking after her fast-growing children.
